The BEST Fire Poker

Heirloom quality

This is my second Campfire Bay fire poker. One for home and one for the cabin. I am certain that my children will be stoking fires with these exact pokers long after I have toasted my last marshmallow.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Product will be shipped within 1-2 business days.  In general, all orders placed Monday though Friday will begin processing the following business day.  Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.  Campfire Bay strives to ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends), however there may be delays due to holidays.  Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  We ship all products via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail).

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.  If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam filter or contact us (sales@campfirebay.com) to verify shipping.

What is your Return Policy?

We are sure you will be happy with our products but in the event you are not, we will be happy to help you return it.  All returns have to be processed within 30 days of purchase.  More info here:  https://campfirebay.com/pages/return-policy

How do I know your site is secure?

The easiest way to know a site is secure is to look for the S (https).  The S in the web address stands for secure.  The web browser will also show a padlock in the address bar and if you click on it you will have the availability to view the sites certificate to prove it is secure.  We have both!

Do you do custom orders?

We do offer personalized options on our fire poker product line, but we do not offer custom orders outside of that.

What happened to your medal holders and other home decor?

As a result of the success of our medal holders, we started a new company called Proline Medal Displays.  You can visit that site at ShopProline.com.  In addition, we have discontinued much of our decor products to concentrate on our best selling product, the stainless fire poker and our medal holder business.

Do you still make Fire Rings?

We no longer make fire rings. Due to rising costs, we decided to discontinue that product line.

Do you offer Wholesale Prices?

Yes, we do offer wholesale prices on some of our home and gift products.  Contact us for pricing and more info if you are interested in carrying some of our products. You can also find more info here.
