Return Policy

• Our return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. 60 days during the holidays.
• You must return items in their original, unused condition and also in the original packaging. 
• We offer Free Return Shipping

In the event of a manufactures defect of any kind, we will gladly make it right.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not, we will replace it, refund it or make another arrangement for you.

Custom or Personalized Order Return Policy

Due to the custom and personalized nature of these items, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on products that are not defective and have been engraved according to the buyer's instructions.

• Email us at support@campfirebay.com to request a return authorization. Please include: Name, Order Number, Item being returned and Reason for return.
• All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. For purchases made in November or December, 60 days from purchase.
• Products must be in new, original condition. Products not returned in this condition will not be honored.
• Products must be returned in original box.
• We offer free return shipping and Campfire Bay will send you a prepaid label.
• We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds if these conditions are not met.

Warranty:

We back our products with a full 1-year warranty. If during that time you have an issue with a manufacturing defect of any kind, we will fix or replace the product for free.
