General Questions

How long does it take to ship my order?

Product will be shipped within 1-2 business days.  In general, all orders placed Monday though Friday will begin processing the following business day.  Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.  Campfire Bay strives to ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends), however there may be delays due to holidays.  Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  We ship all products via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail). 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.  If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam filter or contact us (sales@campfirebay.com) to verify shipping.

What is your Return Policy?

We are sure you will be happy with our products but in the event you are not, we will be happy to help you return it.  All returns have to be processed within 30 days of purchase.  More info here:  https://campfirebay.com/pages/return-policy

How do I hang my wall décor or key holder?

We make it easy with included hardware with every item you order from us.  Every item has holes designed into the product to ensure it stays flat on the wall and secure.  We recommend using plastic sheet rock anchors on all medal holders, key holders and larger signs.  We include them with every package.

Do you do custom orders?

We do not offer custom on our products.

Fire Rings

We no longer make fire rings. Due to rising costs we decided to discontinue that product line.

How do I know your site is secure?

The easiest way to know a site is secure is to look for the S (https).  The S in the web address stands for secure.  The web browser will also show a padlock in the address bar and if you click on it you will have the availability to view the sites certificate to prove it is secure.  We have both! 

Do you offer Wholesale Prices?
