Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.  In general, all orders placed Monday though Friday will begin processing the following business day.  Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.  Campfire Bay strives to ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends), however there may be delays due to holidays.  Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  We ship our products via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) or UPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.  If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam filter or contact us (support@campfirebay.com) to verify shipping.

We are sure you will be happy with our products but in the event you are not, we will be happy to help you return it.  All returns have to be processed within 30 days of purchase.  More info here:  https://campfirebay.com/pages/return-policy

Due to significant increases for all of our materials we are not offering additional discounts. We are however offering free shipping, discounts when you buy bundles and a high quality product that is made in the USA. We also stand behind our products with a full 1 year warranty.

Yes, we coat our handles with 2 coats of an industrial strength polyurethane to protect it from the elements. However, like any wood product, the sun and elements will eventually take a toll, so we recommend bringing it in when the season is over or storing inside when not in use.

Yes, we sure do. It costs extra and takes up to 2 weeks to receive custom orders. You can find them here.

Yes, our campfire tools are handmade in Minnesota, USA. Some of our apparel is imported but printed in MN.
