Campfire Bay Key, Accessory and Medal Hangers 0
Campfire Bay is expanding its hanger product line and we have many new offerings for a variety of needs!
Campfire Bay Medal Hangers are unique and have multiple uses. They work perfect to display medals but can also be used to hang your coat, hat or jersey. Strong and durable was a description someone gave and we agree.
We now have most major sports available in our store and have many more coming. We have also started on school team names, with a few available now and more to come. Your team name or your favorite sport, you pick!
Campfire Bay Hangers have so many uses we can't decide what to call them. Key Hangers, Coat Hangers, Medal Hangers we can't pick just one. Strong, Durable and Useful.
Here are a few ideas:
We designed them to hold keys at first, but after testing the hooks we quickly realized these could hold coats, backpacks, scarves, etc. We recommend you use the drywall anchors that are provided with every hanger, if you plan to hang heavier items such as coats.
The strength, durability and workmanship of all Campfire Bay Hangers is evident the moment you take it out of the box. We are proud of them and hope you will be proud to display them in your home for your coats, medals, keys or whatever you might think of!
Makes a great gift idea! Check them out here.

I must admit 40 feels weird, not physically but in principle. It doesn't seem possible. I am not sure why, but it seems like I am not old enough to be 40.
It is just a number right? But why does this one seem different? I guess for everyone it is and will be different in how you feel about it or react to it. For me it made me reflect on where I have been and where I am going. I am excited about the next 40 years. We are guaranteed nothing so enjoy it.
Time stops for no one and as my kids grow up and I lose my hair, it is time to reflect and enjoy! As cliche as it sounds, we only get one shot at this thing we call life! Embrace it and be present in the moment or complain and hope for a different outcome. You get to choose and I choose to be present in the moment and appreciate the last 40 years.
I watch my daughters play in the living room tonight as I spin a yarn and wax nostalgic about days gone by. It makes me smile about the opportunities that lie ahead for them. It makes me think of their first 40 years on this earth and the experiences and opportunities they will get to enjoy. The world is full of opportunity for them. Many of those opportunities scare me to my core, but I will try to smile and pretend I am not scared!
Age is just a number they say! 40 is the new 30 they say!
Lets do this thing 40!

Who is Campfire Bay in Waconia MN? 1
Who is Campfire Bay?
We are a family of 5 in Waconia, Minnesota with 3 young daughters. The kids don't work for the company of course, however they do help and they LEARN. I guess that may have been one of the unintended benefits of all of this and truly very rewarding. Our kids are seeing what it takes to start a business from scratch, from a whiteboard in our living room to reality. They are seeing the business grow and as we dream, they dream. They see us bring home a plastic mannequin and you can bet that raised eyebrows. Did you have any idea how hard it is to take good pictures of T-Shirts? We had no idea. We also remember when we parked our cars inside the garage but now it has turned into Campfire Bay World Headquarters. (Does that make us sound Big Time?)
We are learning as we go, we are making mistakes, we are getting things right and at the end of the day that could be about our life as parents or running a small business. Join us in our journey as we try to build a small business into something we can be proud of, our kids can dream about and most of all have fun working together to create.
We will document our journey along the way, mistakes and victories. Being a dad of 3 daughters I am sure you will see some blog post about the challenge of such an endeavorer. From thoughts on business to watching our 3 girls grow up, we are sure to have plenty of content to write about.
You can join us on our journey by Subscribing to our Newsletter on our site to be notified of any New Products, Blog Posts or Exclusive Discounts. We would love it if you joined us and we welcome your comments.

WAIT............... WAIT A Minute!!!!! I Almost forgot!
Don't forget about Sadie! She is part of the family too and she loves to be part of the action. She is a 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and you will find her on Instagram and Facebook often.
So if someone asks you who is Campfire Bay, You can tell them it is a family of 5, a dog and 2 mannequins in Waconia, Minnesota!

4 Reasons I prefer Fall Campfires! 0
When September hits in the upper Midwest you can feel the weather change. It is not subtle in the least. If you are not ready for it, you will walk outside in flip flops at 6 am and wonder when it started getting down to 50 degrees at night? Don't wish for more summer, embrace the new season! This is truly Campfire Season and it lasts for almost as long as summer for us "Up North" folks. Here is 4 reasons it is the best.
- No bugs. Not much more to say is there? No bugs. You don't have to start the fire when it is 80 degrees out and put on jeans and sweatshirt just to keep bugs off you and then they force you inside anyways. Oh sure they go away after the feasting hour which usually last 45 min but by now you are comfy on the couch and you don't want to go back out.
- Temperature. Refreshing is the word that best describes it. When it is 90 out it is hard to get cool or feel just right but when it is 55 and you can throw a sweatshirt and jeans on you can get just perfect.
- Sweatshirts and Jeans. There is something that seems comforting about putting on the hoody that was in your closet for the last 4 months. Sitting down to a fire with jeans and sweatshirt because they are comfortable for the temperature is so much better than doing it to protect you from flying blood sucking insects.
- It gets dark earlier. Starting a fire a 9:30 p.m. on a summer night is great but it so much better when you can start at 7:30.
Go have a fire this weekend with friends, family, neighbors or even strangers if you must. Put on your jeans and find that sweatshirt in the closet that feels like an old friend.
Enjoy the new season! Campfire Season!
